This week’s song comes from the 'Forrest Gump' Soundtrack. I was watching it last night on Film4 and I couldn't believe how good the soundtrack really is!

I haven't watched the film the whole way through since I was little, so I never appreciated the music until last night. Some of my favourite bands are on the soundtrack and this song is just brilliant.

Seeing as my 18th is coming up soon, this automatically put me in the partying mood. This is why I choose it for this week’s song, as I want all of you to enjoy the brilliant of KC & The Sunshine Band's 'Get Down Tonight'!
