Good Morning Lovelies,

As the winter months draw closer, the BFI London Film Festival is getting near and with everyday we are learning something new, which is making me very excited!

Today, the festival were proud to announce that the Closing Gala feature will be Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, which will be having its UK premiere at the event on the 15th October at the Odeon Leicester Square.

Starring Frances McDormand, Sam Rockwell, Woody Harrelson, Abbie Cornish, Lucas Hedges, Zeljko Ivanek, Caleb Landry Jones, Clarke Peters, Samara Weaving, John Hawkes and Peter Dinklage, the film is a dark comedy directed by Martin McDonagh.

Joined by the filmmakers behind hit films In Bruges and Seven Psychopaths, the film tells the story of Mildred Hayes, a woman who creates controversial messages around her town, when the police fail to find a culprit in her daughter’s murder case. Aimed at William Willoughby (Harrelson), the chef of police, his team soon find themselves involved in the battle between Mildred and Willoughby. Especially mummy’s boy Officer Dixon, who has a dark side to him when it comes to law enforcement.

Tickets and the full festival line up will be announced on the 31st August lovelies, but don’t worry if you can’t make it to the event, because the film will also be out in the UK and Ireland from the 12th January.

I sense award season lovelies!
